The Powder Magazine Museum 1905

The museum is a building built by the U.S. Navy in 1905  and restored and rehabilitated by the Culebra Foundation with the help of the entire community. It was inaugurated on February 23, 2008 with a great community effort. It presents permanent exhibits of archaeology, period objects, plans, an environmental area, nature and documentary presentations. It is open from Friday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and by appointment for groups (on other days). We request a minimum donation of $2.00 for admission.
